Atty. Jenny Vi H. MAGUGAT-Razon
Managing Director
Head - Corporate and Contracts Unit
Atty. Jenny Vi M. Razon received her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda University in 2009. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2010. In 2005, on top of being a consistent academic scholar (Santo Tomas Academic Scholarship grantee), she graduated at the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Salutatorian of her batch. She likewise graduated Valedictorian both in her secondary and elementary education at Santa Isabel College in Manila. With her extensive legal proficiency gained during her previous stint and exposure as an Associate Lawyer of respectable law firms in the country as well as corporate legal counsel of various group of companies, she is now the Managing Director and the Head of the Corporate, Contracts and Labor Unit of the Firm.
MR. Zhaczar S. Razon

Head - Property and Special Projects Unit
Mr. Zhaczar Razon is one of the founding members of SimpLEX who formulated the ideas and business models of the Firm. Having a thorough experience in the real estate and financing industry for more than fifteen (15) years, he is more than well-versed in this field to lead the Firm. His vast experience in the corporate world equipped him with valuable knowledge of handling simple and complex solutions to multifarious corporate and trade issues of the clients. He is known for being employee-oriented and an astute advocate of output-based management. He always sets reasonable targets in everything he puts his mind into.
Mr. Razon obtained his degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology and has units in Masters in Business Administration from Philippine Christian University. He also attended various trainings and seminars from known consultancy company – one of which is Guthrie Jensen Global Training Consultants. He is the President and the Chief Executive Officer and the Head of the Property and Special Projects Unit of the Firm.

Atty. Mary Anne Krizelle R. Ruiz
Corporate Legal Counsel
Atty. Mary Anne Krizelle R. Ruiz received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2020. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022. During the academic year of 2018-2019, she was a Public Relations Officer of the Civil Law Student Council, UST Faculty of Civil Law, where she was awarded a Special Citation for Service. Years of working as a Court Decongestion Officer in a trial court where she gained extensive exposure in litigation, family relations disputes and corporate as well as labor dealings, she is highly competent to act as the Legal Head of the Litigation Unit and concurrent Corporate Legal Counsel of the Firm.
Atty. Leia Bianca A. Terrazola
Corporate Legal Counsel
Atty. Leia Bianca A. Terrazola is an alumna of the University of Santos Tomas where she finished her pre-law degree in Business Administration. She earned her Juris Doctor degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines College of Law, while working as a legal assistant on her second year at Ching Mendoza Biolena Sepnio and Partners. Her work experience as a legal assistant proved to be worthwhile as it enabled her to get a good glimpse of the ins and outs of litigation while still a law student.
Atty. Bianca Nerizza A. Infantado
Corporate Legal Counsel
Atty. Bianca Nerizza A. Infantado obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2018. She graduated among the top ten of her graduating batch and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020. She joined government service as the Division Court Monitor of the Office of COMELEC Commissioner Rowena V. Guanzon, and subsequently as Attorney V of the Commission. Atty. Bianca gained legal experience having counselled and represented clients in the fields of family, labor and criminal law. Other than government and private practice, she also taught Human Rights Law and Transportation Law at the Philippine Law School. She was a dean’s lister, debater, and an editor of the UST Law Review where she published her manuscript on International Law in 2018. She also served as a paralegal in a respectable law office and had worked as an intern in the Court of Appeals and Department of Justice. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Magna cum Laude, from the Far Eastern University.
Atty. Jerahmeel U. Cuevas
Corporate Legal Counsel
Atty. Jerahmeel U. Cuevas obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Lyceum of the Philippines University, College of Law in 2024. He took and passed the Philippine Bar Exams the same year and was admitted to the practice in 2025. He finished his pre-law degree in San Beda College University with a degree in Human Resource Development Management. When he was still a law student, he has been a very active member of Lyceum of the Philippines Office of the Legal Aid wherein he has advised and handled multiple cases for indigents allowing him to gain invaluable experience in the practice of law.

Office Manager
Mr. John Jerel H. Magugat is a graduate of Bachelor of Science, Major in Information and Communication Technology from San Beda University. His work stint holding various administrative positions in several multinational and local companies in the country has proven his technical and strategic know-how in handling government-related concerns of the company. His expertise in the field of information and communication technology has equipped him to possess significant familiarity in diverse troubleshooting tactics.
Ms. Lyka M. Gersalia
Legal Secretary
Ms. Lyka Gersalia is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Quezon City Campus in 2024. During her stay at the university, she acquires knowledge and relevant skills which she also applied during her three (3) months internship at the Social Security System where she was assigned to perform administrative support to the HR Department. With all the learnings and experiences obtained from the university and internship, she was able to graduate with Latin Honor (Cum Laude). Her experiences honed her to be resilient and self-driven to perform tasks with excellence.
Mr. Mark Ronald ENriquez
Administrative Support Staff
Mr. Mark Ronald Enriquez studied at AMA Computer Learning Center with the course of Computer Programming. He’s a certified occupational safety & health officer since 2017, a member of Philippine Red Cross Rizal Chapter since 2018, former Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman at Brgy. 47 Zone 6 Pasay City, and a member of SK Federation Council of Pasay City for three (3) years. With past years of work experience in managing and coordinating large-scale projects across multiple industries and several trainings attended where he obtained certifications, he became equipped with the skills which are relevant on the position he is currently holding.
